Ski Touring - Verbier / Bruson

Been ski touring in and around Verbier over the last few days. Despite the cosolidated snow pack we managed to find some creamy snow not yet turned. Mostly on Northerly aspects sheltered from the wind and in the trees. Lovely weather, spectacular views and very quiet in Switzerlands best kept secret B*****!

Avalanche Foundation - Avoriaz

Digging a snow trial pit to analise snow structure and shear testing. Not much excitement the snow pack was very stable.

Powder In St Anton

What can I say, an amazing days skiing!! Have been in St Anton (Austria) for the past few days on a working holiday with some guiding colleagues. The snow is the best I have ever skied at this time of year. Waist deep light powder, deserted lifts and awesome terrain. If your planning a last minute trip get out here. This is an amazing start to the season. See you in the powder, with a snorkel!

Check out the photos, wow.
